Data Collection
By telephone, via a 24 hour 0800 free call number.
The time to answer 100 questions will take about 15 to 20 minutes.
If you wish we can also provide access to the survey by internet or intranet.
The Questionnaire or Survey
You have the option to give us the questions you want to have surveyed, or we can advise
on their suitability if you wish.
If you are investigating specific issues and need expert advice we can provide support of
various kinds from Industrial Psychologists to Statisticians at an extra cost.
The Processing of the Data
The SDS will automatically process the collected data, applying either a mean and standard deviation or any other statistical formulae you wish to make available. The data can be presented at any level and any sub-section of the population. You define the level of detail. If you need a deeper interpretation of the data we can provide this as an optional extra.
The Results
We will provide the results to you 24 hours after the close of the survey.
The information can be provided in a variety of forms from a standard emailed spreadsheet
to an optional full graphically representational report in hard copy. You tell us what you want.
The Cost
There are no hidden costs. The surveys are priced on a per respondent basis for the standard service. Optional items will be quoted for prior to the survey commencement.
