You design your questionnaire and provide us with your
list of questions. If you need help we can provide expert support from industrial psychologists, statisticians and
other HR professionals.
You decide the duration of the survey, and determine
when you want the results available.
We provide you with a 0800 number to issue to your employees, customers or suppliers to access the survey.
The free call survey number is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week for the period of the survey, so there
are no problems with shift workers and your respondents
have the option to call out of working hours.
We provide you with the results of the survey 24 hours
after the survey lines are closed. The data is available
in any format you define, from a standard emailed spreadsheet detailing means and standard deviation
to an optional full graphic presentation and analysis.
